Coron Island SUP
Top flat-water SUP touring destination in the Philippines. The route takes you through towering limestone cliffs, crystal clear blue lagoons and fine white sand beaches. There will be many stops to rest, snorkle, take photos, or to simply immerse yourself with the nature surrounding you. You will be getting a much more “intimate” experience exploring the island using a SUP. The 10 kilometer route may seem daunting but the reality is that a beginner can easily accomplish it.

What are the destinations?
We pick out the best of the island for an action-packed day! We explore one of two brackish lakes (Barracuda or Kayangan), the famous Twin Lagoon, a shipwreck teeming with fish life, Camp Carabao for lunch and tribal encounter, and many reefs and islets in between until sunset time!
What is there at Camp Carabao?
To many, a visit to our base camp is a special treat. You have the chance to meet our island friends who call this remote corner of the island their home. You can learn their history, way of life or paddle together to remote beaches on a kayak or canoe.
Want more time in the islands? Come on a 1-night castaway at Camp Carabao!
Are reservations final and confirmed?
Upon reservation, you should expect for your payment to be accepted. Unless you hear otherwise from us, the trip is considered confirmed.
When is the balance paid in full?
Upon arrival in Coron Town, you are requested to pass by the office between 19:30-20:00 for travel, weather updates and settling the full balance, payable in cash (USD or PHP at 53:1). Alternatively, 4.4% charge applies for PayPal transactions on the balance.
Are there any other charges?
Rates are all-inclusive of essentials for the trip. We do collect a Php 1,000 refundable gear deposit per person for any one or more gears checked out (e.g. snorkel, mask, fins, etc.). Underwater camera deposit is either a Php 5,000 or valid passport only.
What should I bring?
Reef-safe sunscreen, refillable drinking water canister, two (2) types of mosquito repellent (natural and chemical). City ordinance prohibits plastic bottles on tourist boats.
Will I need aqua shoes/booties?
Flip flops or thongs will suffice. Bring aqua shoes if you already own a pair. Just remember to refrain from stepping on coral, with or without one, as these cause damage.
What happens if it rains?
We go to play Scrabble! If the Coast Guard cancels, the trip is moved to the following day. If you choose to cancel, a fee of $15 applies per person. Please plan accordingly.
What is served at lunch?
We are constantly developing our menu based on seasonal ingredients. Some of our favourite dishes include Filipino vegetable and coconut stew and garden salad with tofu.
Are there gears available for rent?
Aqua shoes and towels are available at shops in town.
